Good friends run the sleigh rides in winter and trail rides in summer at the famous Lake Louise.  When their horses (heavy horses in summer, saddle horses in winter) are on summer or winter break, they pasture them here in this stupendously magnificent landscape. This is where the prairie and the mountains meet, and if you'd like a little slice of heaven to remind you of that, this little painting is happy to come to you.
