Chore Crew

original watercolour   14 X11"  My friend Kyle with his team of young Clydesdales, which comprise the daily feeding crew at their ranch east of Maple Creek Saskatchewan.  The winters there can be long and brutal, the snow deep and sometimes covered in a layer of ice.  But those hungry cows need to be fed regardless...every DAY!  Kyle says his horses are better suited to deal with these adversities, but being the horseman he is, I think he has a bias towards horses rather than tractors!
