I think it was Teddy Roosevelt who said “The outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man.” This is probably doubly true for women. Recently horses have become recognized for their healing power; their ability to recognize hurting humans and bring their magnificent hearts to healing. PTSD sufferers, autistic kids, people with depression, and hospice patients at the end of life all respond to the powerful magnetic energy field of horses.

As a lifelong lover of these magnificent animals, I can attest personally to the joy and laughter, frustration and personal growth that horses have brought to my life. I always say that the the day God made horses was his very BEST day.

This painting is of a beautiful young wife of a local rancher/horse trainer, and as the painting indicates, she is accessing the magic spell of a gorgeous pair of sorrels…2 sorrels and a blond!
