Tim Horton’s Raven

On our trip to Kamloops, we stopped in Canmore for a coffee at Tim’s, and who did we see there, but dumpster-diving ravens!  They fascinate me, as do their cousins the crows and magpies.  But especially ravens, with their big shaggy heads, their all-knowing eyes and  raucous voices. I’d like to spend some quality time in the company of ravens.

  1. L.W.Roth,

Wonderful drawing Gina. Raven are interesting birds, nasty too. This is a terrific rendering with watercolors, you caught the fluorescent sheen just so.
