| Well, I started a new piece today, and this is the result of several hours of drawing. It’s going to be a row of 7 riders silhouetted against the sky, and requires that I have no doubt about the edges of my figures….no loosey-goosey drawing! The guy on the right (out of the photo) didn’t come together well and I did a lot of erasing. I use a kneaded eraser though, and hopefully didn’t damage my paper with all that “messing around”. I’m using watercolour board instead of paper and the painting will be 11 X 22″. We’ll see how it goes. Stay tuned. |
