George’s Saddle String

I was home last w/e for the centennial of my home town, and I stayed with my brother’s family on the ranch I grew up on.  When I headed to town in the morning, here were the horses, grazing in front of the old shop……a lovely old cement-covered building that’s been there for probably 75 years.   George keeps the place so beautifully, with all the buildings painted and in good repair and you know that his attention to the farming and ranching aspects are and extension of that….a testament to how seriously he takes his job as custodian of our family ranch.
